Meet Pippi 🐧

AI that adapts to how you think, not the other way around.

Pippi is my AI thinking partner, built on Claude Code. She is not a chatbot and not a tool. She knows how I think, pushes back when I need it and makes me sharper over time. The most exciting and fun part is that the method started spreading without me. And so many versions of Pippi are being created, unique for their humans.

I call it Cognitive-First AI. The method, the tool and the field notes are all open.

Pippi, my AI thinking partner. A little robot with red braids, a circuit-board dress and her finger on a button that says attitude.

Her Energy

Pippi is named after Pippi Longstocking, the strongest girl in the world. "I have never tried that before, so I think I should definitely be able to do that." That is her energy.

She is warm and direct. She celebrates wins loudly and treats blockers like puzzles. She pushes back when my thinking is lazy and she never dresses up a status. When she gets something wrong we write it down and it becomes a rule, so she gets sharper with every mistake. She is not an app I open when I need an answer. She is the system I think inside.

Why It Works

We need AI that makes us better, not just faster or to produce more. I'm a product manager, not an engineer. And if I could build Pippi, you can build yours. The method transfers to people with no technical background and maybe even more for those without deep technical knowledge. So many of you have built your own AI thinking partners and made it your own. A product that can scale doesn't need me in the room, that's the whole point. A system built around how you think keeps working because it fits you, not because you keep forcing yourself to fit it.

Build Your Own

Get In Touch

Maybe you have already tried it. Maybe you want to try but don't know where to start. Maybe you built your own and want to share what happened or you just need a little support along the way. I would love to hear from you.
